We do not accept returns of any kind.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered by the customer
  • Packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient
  • Situations where the customer expected a different reaction or preference from the recipient
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information

All products—whether standard packages or customized items—are considered non-returnable.


2. No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable.
This means:

  • No partial or full refunds
  • No refunds for delivery delays caused by third parties
  • No refunds once the order has been processed or shipped
  • No refund for digital payment processing fees

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, verify details, and ensure correct recipient information before placing an order.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as preparation begins immediately to ensure timely delivery for missionaries.


4. Incorrect or Damaged Items (Our Error Only)

If an item arrives incorrect or damaged due to an error by ANIV Delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

In these rare cases, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Offer store credit
  • Re-deliver the correct product

This resolution is provided only if the mistake is ours.


5. Delivery Issues

ANIV Delivery is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Recipient not being available to receive the package
  • Delivery refusal
  • Delays caused by local transportation, weather, or regional holidays

We will always attempt delivery as scheduled, and our team may contact the recipient to coordinate, but responsibility for accurate information lies with the customer.
